We are thrilled to announce that we have fresh food prepared on the premises by non other than Duncan Angus, an ex Formula One Chef so as you would expect with such a highly skilled head chef, all our food will be of the highest quality. |

Lisle McCall is the new landlady and she brings to The Crown a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the hospitality trade. Lisle can be described as outgoing, bubbly, friendly and always wanting to chat (sometimes at you) and will do her best to help you with any problems you may have. Lisle's favourite Tipple is a Hendricks, Tonic and Cucumber.
Barbara McCall is also heavily involved in running The Crown however she may not be such a familar face as Barbara will mostly be found in the office. Barbaras favourite tipple is a Large Gin and Tonic!
Duncan Angus Headchef at The Crown, he is a total workaholic with an amazing history in catering involving Formula One, Restaurants and Hotels to name a few. Duncan works harder than any one but can be destracted from the kitchen into a conversation at the mention of Formula One. Duncans favourite tipple is Guinness preferably drunk in Dublin!! |
